Big Brothers Big Sisters - Go Big or Go Home Campaign

We had the pleasure of working with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Kansas on their 2014 Go Big or Go Home Campaign. They came to us with a great concept and powerful message. The campaign features three Division 1 Kansas basketball coaches, Bruce Weber of Kansas State University, Bill Self of the University of Kansas, and Gregg Marshall of Wichita State University. By focusing on these men's basketball teams and coaches the intent was to attract additional male mentors.

Each coach is featured in a 30 second broadcast television spot telling the story of a typical child waiting for a mentor. The Kansas Big Brothers Big Sister's program has 4,000 kids waiting and 75% of them are boys. The PSAs are airing statewide.

“We developed the concept for Go Big or Go Home and we are so thrilled with how Justin McClure Creative brought it to life,” said Mary Shannon, Chief Development Officer for Kansas Big Brothers Big Sisters. “Their team understood the importance of the campaign and did not let our limited budget deter them from dedicating so much time and talent to producing high quality spots. They once again stepped up and gave us a slam-dunk. We are all so pleased with the final product and know it will help thousands of kids in Kansas.”
